Before ordering a Vaporizer, we recommend doing extensive research about the product you intend to purchase. Any return or exchange must be unused, and in a brand new condition. Return Policy Details

Requirements for a refund or exchange: Item must be in original, brand new condition. Item must be shipped back within 14 days of the original delivery date. Returns must include a Return Authorization (RA) number which will be generated for your package. RA number can be acquired by emailing our support. All shipping costs associated with returning the items are paid by the buyer.
